My stay at Downtown Hotel By New Art was pleasant overall with excellent staff and clean, spacious rooms. However, the noise from the main road was a bit disruptive, and I found the breakfast options limited and not worth the price.

I had a fantastic stay at Downtown Hotel By New Art! The location was amazing, being close to the city center and just a 40-minute walk from the stunning Hassan II Mosque. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff, especially Amine, were incredibly friendly and helpful. However, I found it a bit inconvenient that dining options had to be in-room without any restaurant on-site.
